Library Card Options 

Options for those who reside in or own property within CCRLS

Full: Residents within the city limits of a participating library may have a Full service card that is good at all the CCRLS Libraries which entitles them up to 50 items and 50 holds. There is no fee.

 

 

Basic: Patrons that live within the CCRLS service area outside any member library cities are entitled to 10 items and 10 holds at any time. There is no fee.

 

 

C.A.R.E.: Children under 19 years old within the CCRLS service area are entitled up to 25 items and 10 holds on children & young adult materials at any time. There is no fee.

 

Universal: For patrons within the CCRLS service area that want full service (up to 50 items and 25 holds at any time) they may purchase an annual Universal Fee card for $60.00 that is good for the whole family/household.

 

 

Out Of CCRLS: There is an annual fee of $70.00 that entitles up to 50 items and 25 holds and is good at any CCRLS Library.

 

 

Passport: A Passport card may be issued if the patron has a valid card at any other participating library within the State of Oregon. This allows up to 10 items and 10 holds at any time. Passport patrons must return the materials to the owning library. There is no fee but it must be renewed annually.
